12th, October, 2020: All Staff resume duty on campus.

12th, October, 2020: Senate Meeting @ 10am

19th Oct 2020: All Students 100 – 400 levels and postgraduate return to campus.

NOTE:
All returning Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students of Novena University, Ogume, are required to take the following steps for the revalidation of the 2019/2020 academic year.

1. Students with outstanding fees/unpaid charges must ensure full payment of same before or on arrival at the University.

2. Covid-19 basic tests/inspection will be carried out on all Staff & Students in line with Federal Ministry of Education and NCDC Covid-19 guidelines.

3. Payment of Covid-19 facilities upgrade charge of N5,000 for all students.

4. After payment at the Bursary, student should proceed with registration recomfirmation/revalidation from the University at the Dean of Student Affairs Office before reporting to the Head of Department. A photocopy of the receipt issued at Bursary must be deposited with Heads of Department for verification by the Registry.

5. This is mandatory. Come with your personal hand sanitizer and face masks.

6. Hand washing at the University gate, classrooms, hostels and offices entry points is mandatory for all.

7. Staff should return on the scheduled date to open their offices for necessary protocol activities.

8. Violation of any of the Covid-19 guidelines will attract serious sanctions.
9. The adjusted school timetable will be provided by the various Heads of Department to the students after meeting all the aforementioned conditions between October 19 and 20th, 2020.
